BOOTY CALL

Booty Call is 60 minutes of pure glute optimization delivered to you by me in a live, weekly, ladies-only virtual training session that you can take part in from the comfort of your own home (or wherever works best for you.)

Trainings are strategically designed by me so that...

Each training session lays a solid foundation for the next, and each subsequent training sessions helps you build off its predecessor

In other words, these aren't randomly thrown together workouts like what you'll find on IG or other fitness platforms... 

Booty Call sessions are part of a professionally designed program - aka, the BIG PICTURE - that's rooted in science, strategy, and sequence

 

All sessions are designed to be done from home using household items to create the weight, the angles + the intensity required to stimulate ALL fibers of your gluteals so you can create NEW STRENGTH + NEW STRONG CURVES.

Registrants will be given access to a PRIVATE, MEMBERS-ONLY VIDEO CONFERENCE LINK which means:  

  • I will be able to see you (aka, YOU will be professionally guided, in real time, by me - a real trainer)

  • I will be able to see and correct your form + technique so that you get things right and get the very most out of your time and effort

  • I'll be able to suggest modifications specific o your needs, circumstances, and experience level to ensure that youre staying safe, feeling good, and again  - getting the very most out of your training

  • I'll be able to see if you're slacking! I'll be there to watch you and keep you standing in your power when things get tough so that you smash through comfort zones you normally wouldn't, and get in turn, get results you normally wouldn't

Show up and enjoy. All the planning and all the thinking will be done for you. All you have to do is show up to our virtual meeting room, ready to self-optimize

Winter 2022 schedule for Booty Call sessions is weekly on Thursdays at 6-7:00pm mountain standard time.
